Mon – Thur 8.45am – 5.30pm | Fri 8.45am – 5.00pm

ROLE:

We currently have a requirement for an Property Manager to join our busy Malone Road office. The role is responsible for looking after property maintenace and providing accounting support, whilst providing a first-class service to clients within a busy working environment. You must be confident, results driven and committed to our high standard of customer care.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage property maintenance Liase with landlords and tenants Record rental income on a daily basis, cash, cheques, bank transfers, Direct Debits. Prepare daily landlord payments. Tenancy deposit management. Enter new rental lease information. Filing. Miscellaneous ad-hoc duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years experience in an accounting role Excellent communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent time management skills. Determination to succeed in fast paced environment. Flexible approach to work. Previous experience in an Estate/Letting Agency desirable.
